This incredible 5 story split-level home sits a stone's throw from White Rock Lake. While the location is amazing, the interior was...less so. Our goal was to revamp the unique features, like the walnut cabinets and dramatic wood ceilings, then address the problem areas of this 1983 house - the lack of lighting, a round 2-story fireplace reminiscent of a giant pizza oven, and a master bathtub surrounded by mirrors, just to name a few. And finally, to refresh all that remained by playing up the house's modern bones and bringing in furnishings to compliment the homeowner's love of color.
