The property owners described the space before as “Funeral Parlor Chic.” Yikes. The tired and dated furnishings were in need of an overhaul to help attract and retain renters.

A light renovation gave the shell of this space a much needed refresh. As construction was wrapping up, several pipes burst in the infamous 2021 Snowpocalypse (thank you, Texas), causing us to re-refresh the building. Once the ground thawed, we layered in global inspired furnishings and art in rich jewel tones, giving the clubhouse and leasing office an inviting, sophisticated (non-funeral parlor) feel the property owners were after.
