Welcome to the Kolache Shoppe in Celina, Texas, and quite possibly the cutest bakery in all the land (not that we're biased). We honored the best parts of the gorgeous brand identity of the Houston area shop, and then dialed the design up to the next level, leaning into unique details, materials, and colors to create something that feels both on-brand and unique for this new North Texas location.

Our goal was to create a fresh, casual, and above all friendly atmosphere. Czech inspired colors and patterns are repeated in the banquette seating and wallcoverings, and were the jumping off point for the design. A custom tile floor that immediately draws the eye to the mouth-watering array of the Shoppe's stars - the Kolaches (don't miss the Jalapeno Brisket). Warm woods, textures, and patterns elevate humble materials into something special and cheerful.
