After rapid growth, JHET—a leading Data Center Architecture firm—needed an office that could attract and retain top talent. As a fully remote company, their dining-table headquarters wasn’t cutting it (especially for summer interns). They needed a physical space that reflected their brand, supported collaboration, and made employees actually want to come in.

JHET secured a light-filled industrial space in Deep Ellum, complete with original painted brick and warehouse character. They initially considered handling the design in-house (they are architects, after all), but about ten seconds into discussing layout, furniture, and finishes, they declared in unison: let’s call TLD.

We transformed the office into a flexible, modern workplace with intentional space planning, homey, collected estate-sale-inspired furniture, bold lighting, and unexpected details—exactly what JHET needed to grow their firm.
