That feeling of getting a brand new home without having to tear down your house or move.

This 1990's home contained some irritating problems. Wasted space in some areas, too-tight spaces in others, a terrible kitchen workflow, and 45˚ angles literally everywhere.

After designing the bedrooms and bathrooms several years before, it was time to tackle the main living areas of the home. And we had our work cut out for us.

By reimagining the floor plan, we relocated the kitchen (!!!), changed the function of several rooms, and created a beautiful space for our clients to enjoy.

The end result is a textural dream, with light and airy spaces as well as moody ones, creating distinct zones for all types of living.
